Channel 4 News Denver: Andrea Lopez did a story titled "Web Site Offers Moms Gift Ideas For Holidays", featuring Cool Mom Picks as they highlighted non-mainstream, independent, emerging designers, and small mom and women run businesses. Cool Mom Picks: Believe it or not, there are kids out there who eat more than spaghetti with butter sauce. Some eat spaghetti and tomato sauce. Some even eat things like (gasp) sushi - and one day I hope to count my kids among them. So I love the onesies from WonderToast found at eco boutique Greeno Bambino which allow you to proclaim your adventurous food allegiances on your baby's chest.
In illustrator and mom Anna Woltz's clever alphabet (which come from the WonderToast coloring book), D stands for Dim Sum, G is for Guacamole, N is for Nigiri, and T is for Tandoori.
The designs are adorable -- Anna cut her teeth doing animation for Nickelodeon - and the onesies themselves are as healthy as the foods they portray: Certified organic cotton short or long-sleeved onesies are printed with low-impact dyes in a fair trade factory in India. Kind of like the trifecta of ethical children's clothes manufacturing.

M's Ramblings: Lately, I have been keeping an eye out for some original, witty, uber cute baby onesies. Here is what I've found lately, thanks to LotusHaus Mama for tuning me onto Wonder Toast, they make these cute illustrated onesies of organic cotton, and they take different letters of the alphabet, and an ethnic food it stands for! My favorites: N is for Nigiri, and of course - L is for Lumpia!!!

Dexter's Super Savvy Mommy: I have washed the shirt at least a dozen times and it has not faded once! It is so soft and it doesn't pill either. It is definitely a quality shirt. I love how bright the colors are and I appreciate that the shirts are dyed using low-impact, azo-free dyes.
